Design as Art
A work of art comes into its own when there are few distractions. It is the same with the Lotus armchair.
Made for a prominent place in the living room or study. Powerful yet understated.
Requires space, but due to its modest “foot-print” also fits in a smaller room.
Timeless design
A style icon
What makes a design, the design, feel so good after 60 years? You look back in time – and take that with you into the future. A Rob Parry original is modern, sleek and gives a feeling of coming home.

Very Comfortable!
Almost everyone who sits in a Lotus or 1611 says out loud: Wow.
Don’t let the sleek design fool you; the girths and back springs are transversely tensioned and can be compared with the ideal bed slatted frame: support where necessary.
The chair is comfortable, so this warning: if you sit down, you are sold.

Special design requires special materials.
The first Lotus chair was already made in Afrormosia wood. Nowadays scarce, precious and unique.
The same goes for Zebrano and Wenge.
We select the planks ourselves based on wood drawing and thickness. We prefer to buy inches of wood (25.6 mm), but then look for the “thick-thumbs” of 28 mm, because the wooden frame must be 24 mm thick after planing. Every chair is therefore unique.
