Maintenance of solid wood parts

Cleaning solid wood parts: A soft, slightly damp cloth is sufficient.
The solid wooden parts are finished with hard wax oil. Over time, the shine of the
wood disappear. If you want to bring back the shine, you can use a cloth once every six months
Apply the oil thinly and spread well. Then let it dry for half an hour and brush
then wipe the furniture with a soft, dry cloth.

For the Rob Parry Originals we use the high-quality and wear-resistant Kvadrat furniture fabrics that consist of 90% wool.

Steelcut Trio is a hardwearing woolen furniture fabric with the same construction as Steelcut. Originally designed by Frans Dijkmeijer, it comes in updated colors created by Giulio Ridolfo. The three-dimensional surface of Steelcut Trio resembles small pyramids or steel spikes. Despite the complexity of the innovative weave of the textile, it has a simple, precise expression. Steelcut Trio is yarn dyed and made from 3 different colored yarns.

Fiord is a versatile wool upholstery fabric with a subtle three-dimensional appearance. Originally designed by Norwegian designer Tone Barnung, it comes in refreshed colors created in collaboration with Louise Sigvardt. Fiord’s construction combines a melange yarn with a unicolour yarn that creates pearl-like dots that play across the textile surface. This refined expression reflects a key inspiration behind the design: moonlight glistening like pearls on the rippling waters of a Norwegian fjord.
